Our first brief has been layed on the table and its time for a site visit. We have to design a microbrewery , restaurant and a store of our choice. We went to observe the three sites given and eventually chose one of them. I have chosen a corner site located in one of the oldest areas in Port Elizabeth, called Richmond Hill. This area has been reinvented and given life by introducing urban spirit & encouraging locals to develop and embrace the area.

My goal is to activate this corner and inspire other tenants in this space to live out to the street edge. This is not the safest area and I want this traffic triangle to become a urban oasis.
